Booking details

If you are booking a resit of your Professional Discussion module please indicate your preferred date. We will try our best to accommodate your preference but if the date isn’t available we will contact you discuss an alternative.

If you are booking any module other than the Professional Discussion, the training team will be in touch once your booking has been received to discuss a convenient date and time for the resit.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance. 

Booking and cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be accepted on receipt of written instruction and are effective from the date received by BPCA. Charges will be applied as per the conditions:

General Pest Control Course All other programmes
More than six weeks before course start date = no charge except £100+vat deposit and online learning fee if taken early More than 15 working days = no charge
Less than six weeks before course start date = 100% of fee 15 working days or less = 100% of fee

BPCA reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings. Candidates will be offered an alternative date or refund of the course fee. BPCA will not be liable for any other costs incurred.
