The BPCA Servicing Committee is currently in the process of reviewing and refreshing the Association's Codes of Best Practice and other useful documentation beneficial to our members. The development of the BusinessShield Health & Safety resource has allowed BPCA to assess our current documentation and transfer H&S and employment guidance across to this invaluable member benefit, where it is constantly reviewed and updated by dedicated consultants. This means that BPCA Codes of Best Practice can now concentrate on pest control-related matters and the key issues that affect the sector.

If you know of an issue or situation that you feel needs a Code or guidance document producing, simply click on the ‘Suggest a Code' tab and table your suggestion. It will then be discussed by the Servicing Committee, and a document will be created, if appropriate.
