New member benefit: Springboard recruitment offer

BPCA has reached an agreement with pest control recruitment company Springboard Recruit to offer members preferential rates.

Springboard Recruit help pest management companies source staff to fill their job vacancies quickly.

Springboard Recruit special members offer for BPCA members only

Normally, this service would cost 15% of the employees first-year salary. BPCA members will get a special rate of 10% (a saving of £1,250 on a £25K salaried technicians role). You'll also get a free replacement guarantee, meaning if you are not satisfied with the candidate, Springboard will replace the candidate for free within the first three months.

You will not be charged a fee if the employer chooses not to hire shortlisted candidates at interview.

This member benefit is available to use for all membership categories, but will be particularly useful for ambitious and growing BPCA Servicing members.

Staff are one of, if not the highest expense an organisation has. I speak to many companies in the UK who have identified recruitment as a challenge, and I hope the partnership with Springboard gives them some support in this area.

About Springboard Recruit

Springboard Recruit's Director, Stuart Maxwell, first entered the pest industry 20 years ago, where he was responsible for recruiting talent for a national pest control company. Moving into full-time recruitment with his company Springboard, Stuart has carved out a career helping pest management organisations find personnel for a range of job roles.

On releasing the benefit to BPCA Member companies, Stuart said,

“We exist to help organisations find the most suitable candidates for their business. It might be growth, it might be a replacement, but in this day and age companies need to act fast to maintain service levels. Our organisation has extensive experience working within the pest management sector, and we’re delighted to be able to support the recruitment needs of BPCA Members off.”

Kevin commented on the offer, saying:

“Of course, we offer free job posting, but someone has to be looking for a new opportunity to pick this up. Through Stuart and his team, there is a database of suitably qualified people ready and waiting for their next opportunity.”
