Telesales Advisor - PGH Pest Control & Prevention - Surrey GU6

Salary: £18,000.00 to £23,550.00

Job Overview

We are a rapidly expanding award winning Pest Control company started in 2008 with the Princes Trust, due to continued success we now require additional over the phone support to help new and existing clients.


alongside our small office team you will be required to take inbound and make outbound calls everyday to help prospects and customers out. You will need to be very resilient and confident, understand how to close a sale and have very good customer service skills. The successful candidate will have a confident and friendly tonality on the phone.

The role will be challenging everyday, with operational tasks following on from the sale you close. Liaising with our service technicians regally and working as a team is vital and good fun!

Type of work the company undertakes.

  • Our technicians that you will be keeping busy help clients with - Rodents, insects, bird prevention work, woodworm, bee protection, wildlife management, maintenance work.
  • We focus on being environmentally friendly and to stop problems coming back.
  • Emergency same day call out work, contract work planned preventative maintenance, one off jobs.

Salary: dependent on experience, competitive rates. £18,550 - £23,550

Commission and Bonus scheme - available after 6 weeks of training and experience. With our bonus scheme you could earn up to an additional £3000 per annum paid quarterly. Uncapped commission paid on the following months PAYE.

We guarantee variety, every day will be different. You will need to be flexible with the different challenges this role entails, in a quick moving industry where jobs come up unplanned. You will need to be a person who can come in and hit the ground running. Technical training provided. (we expect you to know sales)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Replying to inbound leads via our software.
  • Helping prospects and customers buy our premier selection of services to solve their problem.
  • Taking inbound calls.
  • Making outbound calls.
  • Meeting targets and goals.
  • Able to speak to and sell to international companies through to a retired private home owner.
  • Weekly reporting of sales to managing director.
  • Liaising with our in house sales admin to process jobs so you can focus on tele sales.

Your Experience, Knowledge & Skills:


  • At least 2 years previous industry training & or experience in tele sales.
  • Office working experience 1 year minimum.
  • A Resilient character and plenty of confidence & sales experience.
  • Salesforce CRM - would be amazing!
  • Using IOS Apple Mac.
  • Data entry.

  • A self starter who can manage multiple on going tasks.
  • Full clean UK driving license.


  • Working hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm start and finish hours are flexible. ( one hours unpaid lunch/breaks.
  • Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays. increases 1 day per year (total of 25 in total).
  • At least one in four weekends, remunerated as overtime or time in lieu.
  • Working along side an award winning business.
