Booking and cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be accepted on receipt of written instruction and are effective from the date received by BPCA. Charges will be applied as per the conditions:

BPCA reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings. Candidates will be offered an alternative date or refund of the course fee. BPCA will not be liable for any other costs incurred.

If you need additional help for your exam, supporting documentation will be required.

All correspondence or certificates will be sent to the booking contact on this form unless otherwise instructed.

Payment

1. Full payment is required in advance. A non-refundable deposit of £100+vat is payable on the General Pest Control course at the time of booking.

Once your booking has been processed someone will contact you to take payment, this may take up to 2 working days. You will get an email confirmation after the payment has been processed.
