You need to know what to expect, what to look for and what to do if the contract isn't what you expect.

Overview

Run over two separate days. On day 1 you will consider different UK pests, their impact, surveys and controls. Day 2 having carried out a "project" you will present your findings and discuss in-house vs professional contractors and contract types.

This programme is suitable for everyone, in particular, managers responsible for hygiene, facilities, estates, catering and infection control. There are no prerequisites for this course.

Classroom programme

This is a two-day (separate days), classroom-based course. 

9.00 am for coffee, 9.30 am start, 4.30 pm finish.

Assessments

There is no formal assessment or prerequisites for this course.

You will be expected to carry out a project between day 1 and 2 of this course and present your findings on day 2. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a BPCA certificate of completion.
